Send your Blueye Pioneer, Pro, or X3 for a thorough service. After the service you will receive an offer for a one year extended warranty.

Full check
Our engineers will do a full check of the condition of your vechile. We will inform you if any repairs are necessary.
Extended warranty
After service you will receive an offer to extend the warranty period, and we will ship the drone back.
What is included in Blueye Service?
Our service engineer will conduct a thorough check of your unit including:
Install the most recent version of the Blunux operating system
Inspect outer hull for cracks or damage
Inspect upper and lower windows for scratches
Check thrusters for normal operation and clean if necessary
Check all connectors for signs of deterioration
Verify charging speed of the drone
Verify tilt function
Run a full diagnostics test
Run a full pressure seal test
Assess tether condition and data speed
Analyse dive logs for any error flags
Replace battery end-cap O-ring
Replace charge plug O-ring
Replace connector O-rings
If we find any issues, we will make a repair quote for any replacement parts and work needed to get the drone in ship shape and qualify for one year extended warranty.
One year extended warranty
After completing the service our engineers will make an assessment of your drone, and send you an offer for one year extended warranty.
